We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff to support one of our clients in the health and wellness space. This role is ideal for a finance-savvy professional with a strong track record in startups, ready to tackle operational and strategic challenges in a fast-paced environment. As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, helping to ensure operational and financial excellence.

Location: Remote (aligned with Central European Time, UTC+01:00)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:

    • Develop & Manage P&L Models: Create and maintain comprehensive profit and loss models, revenue projections, and financial analyses to track and optimize financial performance.

    • Work closely with leadership to define annual budgets, track actual expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial objectives and compliance requirements.

    • Lead refining and optimizing financial reporting tools and systems, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

  • Operational Efficiency:

    • Streamline processes to ensure efficient collaboration, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall productivity, ultimately speeding up decision-making and operational responsiveness.

    • Continuously assess organizational workflows, leveraging data-driven insights to pinpoint inefficiencies and implement changes that align with evolving organizational goals.

  • Talent Management:

    • Oversee and refine recruitment workflows, ensuring the team scales effectively and aligns with the organization's evolving needs and culture.

    • Enhance onboarding & employee integration to ensure new hires quickly align with organizational goals and contribute effectively to team success.

  • Project Leadership:

    • Lead Strategic Cross-Functional Initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered on time and within scope.

    • Act as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders, representing the organization’s priorities and facilitating communication internally and externally.

About you

  • 5+ years in finance, operations, or strategy, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to build financial models, manage budgets, and analyze complex data to support decision-making.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable navigating the ambiguity and rapid pace of high-growth startups.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets and operational platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
